I’m delighted to announce that on Monday, Aug. 15, I will launch my brand-new daily Christian talk show, JANET MEFFERD LIVE, on American Family Radio.
The show will air from noon-1 p.m. CT weekdays, covering the biblical, cultural and political news Christians need to know, as we take your calls. JANET MEFFERD LIVE will air daily on 177 AFR stations in 33 states. (For my Dallas listeners, I’ll be returning to the air in my hometown on KTXG 90.5 FM! I am tremendously honored to join the great AFR lineup. Over the past year, I’ve been privileged to fill in as host on several AFR shows, and it’s really been a blessing to serve the Lord every day with a ministry that has such great people and an uncompromising commitment to biblical truth.
And, yes … in case you wondered! … I’ll also continue to host JANET MEFFERD TODAY, my other nationally syndicated daily show, which airs on the wonderful Bott Radio Network’s 109 radio stations and roughly 70 other great Christian radio stations nationwide! In fact, we have just expanded again the reach of JANET MEFFERD TODAY, as it also airs now on American Family Radio at 9 p.m. CT on Saturdays.
On Sept. 14, we’ll mark one year since we launched JANET MEFFERD TODAY, and with the additional launch of JANET MEFFERD LIVE, I can say unequivocally that this has been my favorite year ever in Christian radio! Not only have we loved connecting with the best radio audience anywhere, but we’ve only been able to do it by the grace of God and because of the hard work of so many gracious, faithful believers behind the scenes at our affiliates, who truly make Christian radio the great medium it is.
